What we collect

Name, email, phone, address, postcode, the configuration of the extension you priced, any photos and messages you upload to the Client Portal, and a record of consents (including your 14-day cooling-off consent).

Why we collect it

To produce your quote, to administer your booking and build, to take payments, to communicate with you, and to meet our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

We retain booking and contract records for 7 years after project completion to satisfy tax and warranty obligations. Marketing data is retained until you opt out.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port or restrict processing of your personal data under UK GDPR. Email us to exercise these rights.

Security

Personal data is stored on access-controlled systems. Photos you upload to the Client Portal are stored in secure object storage and served only via authenticated routes.
