Workmanship Warranty

We warrant the workmanship we perform for 12 months from the documented completion date. If a defect attributable to our workmanship appears within that period, we will return and remedy it at no cost to you, provided it has been reported to us in writing within the warranty period and our workmanship has not been altered by another party.

The warranty does not cover client-supplied materials, fair wear and tear, settlement movement beyond the standard footings allowance, decorative finishes degraded by domestic use, or works subsequently altered by a third party.
